Prices and quotes

Why are prices not shown on the website?

Prices and stock of PC parts change often. Instead of showing a price that may be out of date, a person checks today’s price and availability for you when you ask.

How do I get a price?

Press “Request a quote” on a product page, or use the quote form for anything else. Add the product or model you want and how to reach you.

Is a quote an order?

No. A quote is an answer to your question. Nothing is reserved or charged, and you decide whether to buy.

Custom PCs and choosing parts

Can I ask for a complete custom PC?

Yes. Answer the questions in the PC Builder, or describe the PC in a build enquiry. We reply with a parts list and current prices for you to review.

What if I do not know which parts to choose?

That is fine. Tell us what the PC is for and roughly what you want to spend, and choose “Not sure” for anything you have no preference about. We suggest parts that suit your use.

Does the PC Builder check that my parts work together?

No. Your answers are preferences. A person checks that the parts work together, and confirms prices and availability, before suggesting anything.

Can I keep parts from my old PC?

Tell us which parts you have and we check whether they suit the new build.

Can I ask about one specific part or a configuration I found?

Yes. Send a configuration-help enquiry with the parts you are considering, and we tell you what we think.

Your enquiry

What should I include?

For a part: the model number or a link to the product page, and how many you need. For a custom PC: what it is mainly for (for example the games or software you use), your budget, and any parts you already have.

I sent an enquiry. What now?

The confirmation page shows a reference number such as GFX-2610-AB12CD. A person replies the way you chose: WhatsApp, a phone call or email. Mention the reference if you contact us about it.

Can I change or cancel an enquiry?

Yes. Reply to our message, or send a new enquiry with your reference number and what has changed.

Products in the catalogue

What does “In stock, checked” and a date mean?

It is the last date someone checked that the item was available. An item is only shown as in stock when it was checked in the last seven days; otherwise ask us, and we check again.

Are the specifications checked?

Product pages say whether the specifications have been checked, and when. If a page does not say so, treat the details as a guide and ask us to confirm.

Are the pictures real products?

Product photos are shown only when we have the right to use them. The hardware pictures on the home page are original renders, not photos of products for sale.

Warranty, delivery and returns

Is there a warranty?

Ask about warranty for the specific product or PC in your enquiry, and we will answer for that item.

Do you deliver?

Ask about delivery for the specific product or PC in your enquiry, and we will answer for that item.

Can I return an item?

Ask about returns for the specific product or PC in your enquiry, and we will answer for that item.

Your details

What do you do with the details I send?

We use them to reply to your enquiry and follow it up, and we do not sell them.
