At GFX Gamer, your satisfaction is our priority. We build every PC and ship every product with care — but in rare cases, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not working as described
- Unopened and unused accessories/hardware
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built PCs (once assembled and delivered)
- Opened or used components (RAM, GPU, CPU, etc.)
- Products damaged due to user error or misuse
- Items without original packaging or invoice
💸 Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7 working days via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on our side.
Replacements & Exchanges
We’ll happily replace faulty parts or wrong shipments at no extra cost, based on available stock.
